尊敬的瑞珂玛用户及经销商：
过去几周，我们陆续收到世界各地用户和经销商关于当前中国疫情形势的真挚问候，在此，瑞珂玛总裁马国锋先生及全体同仁向大家的关心与祝福表示最诚挚的感谢！
我们衷心感谢大家对于瑞珂玛中国研发生产基地所有员工及其亲属的关心和问候！
我们员工和他们的家人目前都安全和健康，公司还专门成立了“疫情防控领导小组”，我们在努力做好疫情防控的同时，也在为疫情过后恢复生产做积极准备，销售、售后和研发人员已各自在家办公，一旦恢复生产，我们将调集各方资源加快生产进度，一如既往地为客户提供优质的产品与服务。
武汉加油！中国加油！我们一定会早日渡过难关，一定会早日战胜疫情！

Dear Ricoma Customers,
On behalf of President Frank Ma & CEO Henry Ma and the employees of Ricoma in our China facility, we would like to extend our deepest gratitude for the warm regards that we received over the last few weeks regarding the current situation in China.
We sincerely appreciate those who have reached out to inquire about the health and safety of our staff and families overseas.
We would like to all of you that our staff and families are indeed well and that we are working diligently to prepare the factory for production once the situation improves and allows us.
Once the production is back, we will do everything we can within our capacity to deliver you the quality products and service as always.
